Meet Your Trainer

Alana Aquino
CPT, CES, PES, CNC.

Alana is an experienced personal trainer based in Oakland, California, with over 5 years in the fitness industry. She specializes in training active, middle-aged individuals, focusing on Corrective, Strength, and Unilateral Training combined with Nutrition and Recovery for sustainable results. Alana integrates strength training and biomechanics into her programs to support mobility, performance, and injury prevention.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from CSU Fullerton and has worked alongside athletic trainers, physical therapists, massage therapists, and strength coaches. This diverse experience inspired her to earn certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, including Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Nutrition Coach and Certified Functional Strength Coach.

With a strong foundation in movement science and a passion for functional health, Alana is dedicated to helping her community stay active, build sustainable habits, and pursue lifelong self-improvement.
